You'll need to purchase a computer that is equipped with the special
bits to support a DCT (and it will come with a Digital Cable Tuner,
either internal or external USB that will hold a cable card). The
computer will come with a HDCP compliant video card and you will
need an HDCP compliant monitor.
These are not out on the market yet. Sony, Niveus, and Velocity
Micro have shown at CES or announced models.
You won't be able to build your own machine or add to an existing
machine.
