WMP 11 (Windows Vista Ultimate)

I've installed Windows Vista Ultimate but I'm unable to view any Videos via
WMP. WMP works fine for audio clips and for pictures, but when I try to view
any of the 3 sample videos that were installed it does nothing.
Also if I try to view the video through Media Center it crashes and tells me
there was a problem but no solution.

Is there a minimum hardware (video card) requirement of some kind? I've got
just the built in video on the HP a1640n.

I've tried to reinstall Vista several times but this just isn't working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI,

I got this fixed by getting the latest drivers for my video chipset from
intel at the following site.
