Windows Media Player Not Playing Songs

I just got Vista not too long ago and transferred my songs from my last
computer and now they do not play. It says it can not access the file, it
might be somewhere where I can not get to it, and something about proxy
settings and it is unable to play the music. Do I need to change some
settings, and how do I do that? Thanks!

What file types are these?
