Resize pictures

Does anyone know if the right click "picture resize" that was one of the XP
Power toys will work in Vista?

That was a quick and easy way to resize for one photo to be e-mailed. Or
many for that matter.

Maybe there will be power toys for Vista?

REsizer power toy doesn't work, but this free utility does the same with
more functionality:

I load the picture in Paint,resize it ,save it ,and send it by e-mail.

Thanks, but I liked the right click in explorer view. Quick and painless and
written by MS for a MS product.
