Image File Association

When Vista was first installed, selecting 'Preview' when right-clicking an
image opened it in Windows Photo Gallery, but now that I've changed the File
Association to Photoshop, Preview sends it there also. Is there any way to
keep 'Open' (default) associated to Photoshop, whilst setting 'Preview' to
open Photo Gallery?
