RE: File Location for Photo Gallery
You can add ANY location of your files to the gallery. If the drive you
adding is external, you may have problems with editing those pictures in the
gallery and saving them to the same location (read-only). If you add files
from CD or DVD, gallery will ask you to import those pictures to your hard
drive and you can select any location on your machine to save those files to.
That location will be automatically added to the Gallery.
To add files to your gallery (no matter what their location is), click File
> Add files to gallery. Then, select the drive where you store your files you
want to add.
