Mic boost won't stay enabled

I'm having a problem whereby when I turn on the mic boost, it won't stay on
after I reboot the machine. I have to manually re-enable it which is a real
pain. Is there any help or anything anyone can provide to sort this please?

I too am having the same problem, and it is a royal pain in the but.
I am using a KN8 Ultra

If you didnt catch it in the other thread yet, get the updated driver from
realtek, that seems to have fixed mine
