Vista WMV files incompatible with Streaming Server?
My Vista Movie Maker WMV files will not play from our streaming server. Our
usual routine of converting WMV into ASF and calling for the mms: via ASX
fails to launch the file and creates a server block.

I know this was reported in October in this group but have not seen any
solutions or further comments. Anyone have a solution?

When uploaded to a stanard web server, the same WMV files play fine albeit
not buffering as effiencently.
