Where to get help (Vista, Media Extender?)

Can anyone point me to a source for help with problems I'm having with Vista
Ultimate? In particular I'm having "Network Issues" with the extender (XBox
360 via hard wired Ethernet) as well as random tuner "failures." This forum
doesn't seem to be well enough populated to provide much help. Is there
another newsgroup? Microsoft help source(s)?
