Is DVD MAKER in home basic?

hi, i was just wondering if windows vista home basic has the new DVD MAKER. i
have called microsoft two times and one time they told me it doesn't have it
and the second time they said it does have it. Does anybody know if it is
included with home basic??

I just added a chart of what features are in which version to my Vista >
Intro page... it's an extract from the Vista Product Guide, which shows
that Home Basic doesn't have Movie Maker HD (but does have Movie Maker), and
doesn't have DVD Maker and Themed slide shows.
