Vista RC1: How to play DVD-Video disc?

As in topic.

The MS provided MPEG2 decoder provided in RC1 timed out on November 13th.
The problem has been solved in later releases.
You can either set you clock back to November 1 or use a third party decoder
and a free third party Vista decoder utility to switch to the the third
party decoder.
