I made a PAL DVD from NTSC DV-AVI source, edited in Movie Maker, by reading
the projects into DVD Maker.
The image quality is excellent, but the video in scenes with significant
movement is jumpy - with about two jumps per second. It almost looks like 5
frames are being dropped every half-second. The audio is OK.
