I moved my minimized screen to the top of my desktop and now am unable to
'grab' the top of it to move it back down. I can maximize but when I
minimize it stays up so high I am unble to move it back down. Suggestions?

================================
Try the following steps:

Select the window on your Taskbar and
type...Alt+Spacebar+M... now you should
be able to move the window with your arrow
keys. When it's back on screen...left click it.

RE: Windows Media how to move screen around
Something very similar has happened to me.. and the ALT+Spacebar+M suggestion
doesn't work for me.
In my case it's the Windows Media Center window that is off-creen and I am
un able to reach the top of the window with my cursor in order to displace
the reduced window.

HELP. this is very bothersome
Thanks.

Re: Windows Media how to move screen around
My son had this very same problem and after quite some time I managed to solve the problem.

Right click on Windows Media Centre on the taskbar and choose move. Move your coursor into the Media centre window at the top of the screen, a cross should now appear. Don't touch your mouse, you should be able to move the Media Centre window around the screen using the arrow keys. Hope this works for you, it did for me.
