Vista WMP 11 forces me to save a file
When I click on a media file on a web page WMP 11 forces me to save the file
to my computer and then plays it in WMP. In XP it would just play it in WMP
without saving the file. Does anyone know a way to change a setting to make
it stream the file.

Re: Vista WMP 11 forces me to save a file
Try this:

Control Panel (Classic view) > Default Programs > "Set your default programs"
link, highlight Windows Media Player in the left pane, click top green arrow to
assign all default to WMP, or click bottom arrow to select defaults (note the
Protocol at the very bottom of the window).
