wmp11 vista

I cannot get my playlists on wmp11 to come up when I click on to it.
Playlists will not open on command or be deleted on command. When I create
a new playlist on vista wmp11, it will not show up on the left column where
the playlists are to be. But...the new playlist are saved in my music file
on my computer. The playlists are not saved on the left playlist column in
the wmp11. I can't get any music ripped from a audio cd to download in my
wmp11 library either. HELP!!!
