Burn Recorded TV to DVD stops in Vista MC

I upgraded to Vista Ultimate from XP Media Center. With the exception of a
RAM upgrade, no hardware changes. I deleted all DVD encoders, with the
exception of the Nvidia encorder that installed with my video card. Was able
to burn recorded TV to Video DVD in MCE but when I try in Vista, the burn
stops at 3%. I have left running over 24 hours but it never goes past 3%.
Have also tried byto DVD-R and DVD+R media, both supported by my DVD. Any
ideas?

It seems that I am having the same problem. I have found sites that allow
you to watch TV and movies, but I don't know how to save them. Everything
that I tried to do seemed to move me in a circle.
