Windows Photo Gallery

When I open a picture from an e-mail it is viewed by Adobe Photo Shop, I
would prefer it to open in Windows Photo Galley. How do I change it.

Control Panel (Classic view) > Default Programs > Set your default programs link
(or Associate a file type or protocol with a program link).
