burning a podcast to cd, help please - it's too long

Hello,

I have downloaded a podcast (mp3) which is about 83 minutes long. I want to
burn it to a cd so I can listen to it over my cd & hifi system. I therefore
need to erase the last 3 minutes.

Is there a simple way of doing this ? I have been trying to use windows
movie maker but it is far more complicated than I need.

Can someone point me in the right direction please

I cannot even burn a simple cd or dvd.

How about something simple - like just getting through one CD or DVD?

Someone suggested "Ashampoo Burning Studio 6" way back in theis thread.

Any help?

It would help if you began by telling us WHAT exactly you're trying to
accomplish. Simply saying you can't burn a CD or DVD tells us nothing
since the term "burning" is often misused and can mean many things to
different people.
