Vista Windows Movie Maker Oicture Durations

How can I change the picture durations in Windows Movie Maker. Default is 4
seconds, I need to increase the durations by 1 sec.

To do that you have to go to tools on the menu bar
then at the very bottom is 'options'
then click the 'advanced' tab, and it is right near the top

can't see bottom of tools option menu box
