HELP my movie maker problem is getting worse - SERIOUSLY

Hello,
A few days ago Windows Movie Maker 1 worked just fine... I had no problems
what
so ever with it... then suddenly not so much...

Everytime I try to publish a clip regardless of size or file format Movie
maker freeze and then I get the message that "Movie maker has stopped
working" - ok like I can't see that for myself?

My error log (in Swedish so sorry but its my language)

Dunno what else I can tell you about this... except the problem is getting
worse.. NOW the screen in movie maker is black like if the codec is gone BUT
Media Player is workin just fine... also sometimes the picture in movie maker
is UPSIDEDOWN... I have no idea what is going on here... but my Movie Maker's
problem is getting worse and not better...

Did you install a third party codec package? You have Voxware MetaSound on
your system. I am unaware of any licensed redistribution of that package
made after 1999. I would personally suggest contacting whomever put that on
your system and yelling at them.

At the least, rename the file msms001.vwp . That'll break Voxware and avert
this crash. There is no possible good reason for Voxware to be on your
system, though.

what should I rename msms001.vwp to?
What is Voxware MetaSound?
I have DivX and Xvid installed. both from their own sites plus the codecs
that comes with Media Player...

msms001.bak is fine. Doesn't matter. Just needs to be any other filename.

It's a long deprecated audio codec.
