Vista WIndows Mail

When I receive e-mails instead of showing the picture or video I get a little
box with a red X in in and can't see anything. Is it the senders problem or
mine?

Is there a setting I can change or something?

There is a setting to change

If you go into 'TOOLS'

Then 'OPTIONS'

Then 'SECURITY'

uncheck 'BLOCK IMAGES AND OTHER CONTENT IN HTML EMAIL'

Once the check removed you will get all your pictures.
