Apply Properties File Error 0xC00D001F

I have month old Vista Premium machine that is working well. I installed the
Zune software and after it catologed 20gig of MP3's I started to organize
them. Everything works fine for most files but some do not allow me to edit
the fields "Artist" "Album" "Genre".

When I try to edit them in Windows Explorer I get the message box titled
"Apply Properties File" and the
following message in the box "An unexpected error is preventing the
operation. Make note of this error code, which might be useful if you get
additional help to resolve this problem: Error 0xC00D0026: No description
available."

I have not been able to find anything anywhere on this problem. I have
already gone through the Security > Advanced boxes to take ownership of the
files with no success.

Any suggestions?
