Sound in Line-in and in speeker

Hello everyone!

How could I switch off sound in speeker from line-in, but do not switch off
line-in and speeker?

I have just connected my Guitar in line-in, using GuitarRig to produce
sounds. So, GuitarRig produces them and direct them to speeker (output). But
Vista also directs guitar sound from line-in to speeker, and it is not
modulated by GuitarRig - so it`s only corrupt sound.

How could I disable straight direction from Line-in to Speeker, but do not
off line-in nor speeker?
