how do i sign out one person & sign in another person on the same computer?

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean exactly, but you can set up another user
account (Control Panel - classic view) and have passwords on each
account so each user can sign in and out on the same computer when the
other logs off.

One way would be to click on the Start orb, then click the arrow to the
right of the lock symbol, then select Switch User.
