Unable to use Windows Mail with web-based account...

This is probably caused by your antivirus program.
Windows Mail is incompatible with most McAfee and Norton
antivirus programs. If you are using either of those two, it is
best to uninstall it and replace it with a more compatible
antivirus, such as the free version of Avast:

Hi. I set up a GoDaddy.com web-based email account which I want to access

but every time I open Windows Mail I'm asked for a User Name and Password
even though I selected 'remember password'. Further I'm unable to send or
receive email on the account.

Please help.
