Use this utility according to the instructions on the web page.
http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/Default.aspx

You need the clear outbox function which won't be available
unless you pay particular attention to the highlit instructions
(large text in red box)

This will clear all messages from the Outbox.

Download it, run it, and follow instructions carefully.
Be sure to "end process" on WinMail.exe from the list of running processes.
Also, be sure to click "Show processes from all users".

Hi Clucks,

Take a look at this link, and do the section for "Stuck Outbox". It'll
get that big one out of the way for you.

By the way, you are posting one hour into the future.
This is because your PC's time zone is set for Central time, but you
are actually in the Eastern time zone. Please fix your time zone setting.
After you do that, you will need to adjust the clock by one hour.
