Inter-folder Dragging and Dropping of Messages Loses Messages

I had a message in my inbox. I dragged it to a different folder that I had
added and that has numerous messages in it. Once I dropped it into that
folder, it was gone ... never to be seen again. I tried getting out of
Windows Mail and getting back in, but that message is gone. Is there some
limbo dimension I might be able to rescue it from?

Try removing Group by Conversation from the folder that you moved it too
View>Current view, (Alt,V,V,G), now see if you can see it?
