Fix for anyone have e-mail send problems

I had the same mysterious problem in Vista that many of you have been having.
My ability to send e-mail stopped for no apparent reason on Saturday. All
my outgoing mail just piled up in the outbox. No error message, but the mail
never went out.

The steps to reset Windows Mail at the following link worked like a charm,
and took only 5 minutes.
