Error Message: Security Certificate
Everytime I try to send/recive (refresh) emails, I get this message, I get my
emails, but is rather anoying having to hit yes every time. Can I get some
help with this?

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate
That could not be verified
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is
not trusted by the trust provider.
Do you want to continue using this server? yes/no"

Re: Error Message: Security Certificate
This sounds like a server problem. By any chance are you connecting
to a Microsoft Exchange server? If so, contact the server administrator.

I have the same error. I am logging into a Gov't email server. I don't know
if it's Exchange, but I can't believe that I'm the only person logging in
having this problem. Anything I can do on my end?

I'm having this same problem... However, I'm connecting to Gmail.

I have two gmail accounts, both with identical settings. One returns this
error, the other does not.

Re: Error Message: Security Certificate
If you are sure the two accounts have identical settings (except
for username), then delete the account having the problem, restart
Windows Mail, then recreate that account. If that doesn't fix the
problem, I don't know what else to suggest, except to upgrade
to Windows Live Mail:

Re: Error Message: Security Certificate
I forgot to mention, I upgraded to windows Live mail on Monday hoping to make
the problem go away, but it didn't.

Still though, I'll delete the account, and recreate it to see if it makes a
difference...

Thanks,

mjc

Re: Error Message: Security Certificate
OK, good luck. It seems very peculiar that one Gmail account would
have this problem, yet the other Gmail account doesn't.
