Error Trying to Import Messages

When I attempt to import messages into Microsoft Mail I get an error stating
"Messages can not be imported from the MAPI client". I'm trying to import
from Microsoft Outlook. Can anyone help?

You can only import if Outlook is installed.

Outlook is installed. I'm a little tired of reading that. Any further thoughts?
