To block a sender in Windows Mail newsgroups...
Open a message from that sender
click on Message - Junk E-mail - Add Sender to Blocked Sender List
It only blocks new posts from that email address (which is likely munged),
it does not remove messages already downloaded.
Of course, trolls keep changing that fake email address.
You can also create a news rule
Tools - Message Rules - News -
Condition:
[x] from xxxxxxxxxx
[x] or contains xxxxxxx
Action:
[x] delete it
[x] mark it read
after you create it, you can run the "Apply Now" to remove existing
messages
