Save local folder to cd?

I have emails saved in a local folder in windows mail that I need to put on
CD. Where do I go on my c drive to find the folder so I can copy it?

To find/change the location to store Vista Mail files:

Open Vista Mail
Tools
Options
Advanced tab
Maintenance button
Store Folder button
