email attachments

I can't open any email attachments ie resume or applications. They open as a
bunch of scrambled characters.

I have noticed a similar problem ever since I had my first Vista system
from February 2007. I just now found a pattern to the problem.

If you receive an email with attachment and you were the TO or CC
it comes through just fine. If you were BCC'd then THAT is when I see
the problem.

We're NOT seeing this problem on any systems that are not running
Vista.

The specific environment that I have is Vista Business with Outlook
2003.

Hopefully, Microsoft will find a fix soon. This is a real pain.
