setting up an email account in windows

Quick question I hope. How do I find my incoming and outgoing servers to set
up an email account? I went under tools accounts then properties, but they
are all blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Each ISP has their own mail servers.
Your ISP will have that information on their website.

Check with your email provider.
You have to already have an account, and enter the settings necessary to
access it.
