can't receive email

this is the error message i receive

Is your Windows Mail account set up like this....

If your settings are correct, you might try disabling email scanning in your
antivirus program.

Syntax error means you have specified something incorrectly.

Check your account settings for embedded spaces, odd characters
and the like.
