Duplicate Contacts

In Outlook Express, my contacts were put into different folders - e.g.
Shared, Business, Archive, etc. After importing OE contacts into Vista
Windows Mail, all of the contacts displayed in the Contacts folder. For
example, contacts having a personal address and a different business address
were both shown in the Contacts folder.

I created additional subfolders (Business, Archive, etc.) and moved the
appropriate contacts to the appropriate folder.

But when I create a message, and the Contacts display, ALL of the contacts,
from all folders display. The Contact list is long enough that I don't
always remember which username goes with which domain.

Is there a way to set up Contacts so that only the various subfolders
display, and can be opened separately for selection of one or more contacts,
without all Contacts in all folders displaying?
