I can't delete the item in the "delete item" folder in window mail

I can't delete the item in the "delete item" folder in window mail. those
email shows "unable to display" when highlight them and press delete, the
error msg shows.

Hi I have the same problem as Banana. What I require is a solution??????

The best solution at this point is to replace the buggy Windows Mail with
the new Windows Live Mail:

I had the same problem, I started draging all my mail to the junk mail folder
and deleting them that way... Then I highlighted about 10 from my delete
folder and deleted them that way or how many it would let me (could be 1)
Then under edit click on empty delete items folder...did that about 5-10
times, then it started letting me delete more and more, soon I could
highlight about 100 , then I just highlighted them all(I had about 1500
emails in my delete folder). It let me, so far I haven't had that problem
again and It's been about 2 months, I hope this helps you...

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

Ignore the title, it works on other folders in addition to the Outbox.

Ihave just downloaded the patch KB941090 and installed and it has fixed the
my proble with mails in my deleted itens folder that I could not previously
delete or move.
