Open win mail
Click "tools" then click "options" then click "connection"
Under the "Internet Connection settings" click "change"
Highlight your connection and click "settings" then click "properties"
Now choose "security" and choose the "Typical" option. From the drop down
menu choose "require secured password" click "OK" and that should do it.
If not then instead of clicking "security" choose "Options" then put a tick
in the "prompt for name and password" box. Your name is usually filled in and
it will just ask for the password....
Hope that helps.....
