Cannot erase a message

Al desear eliminar mensajes,

Aparece una ventana que dice error desconocido

HOLA! EN MI BANDEJA DE ENTRADA, TENGO UN CORREO DE HACE UN PAR DE D�AS, QUE
YA NO PUEDO LEER, DICE: "NO SE PUDO MOSTRAR EL MENSAJE" Y DICHO MENSAJE ME ES
IMPOSIBLE BORRARLO, APARECIENDO TAMBIEN EL FAMOSO: "ERROR DESCONOCIDO"
ALGUIEN SABE CÓMO SE PUEDEN BORRAR????????????????????

Para solucionarlo debes seleccionar y marcar los mensajes como leidos (opcion
en boton derecho mouse) y luego eliminarlos

Can anybody tell me where I CAN open the answer to my question? I always
appear the text, "was this post helpful to you?" but I cannot find the
answer. Thx.
