after reinstalling vista, how do i retrieve my email for the last 2 months!!

i needed to reinstall vista. i did not realize that windows mail stores all
read mail on my hdd. my mail, for the last 2 months, is SOMEWHERE - BUT
WHERE? and how do i reinstate it?

all my files were backed up to removable device (dvd),. and vista had the
foresight to store my entire old files in hdd file called "windows.old". now
what?

check with the software you used to backup your data on how to restore it.
it varies by program.
some programs do not provide a way to extract single files.

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Window s Mail\Local Folders
