How do I set up sub accounts with different identities like we had in
Outlook Express?

In Windows Mail, click Tools > Accounts > Add > E-mail


Set up the other e-mail accounts like the one you already have. Then
use message rules and add mail folders to sort the e-mail for the
different account. If you want separate access to the accounts, then
you must setup seperate user accounts on your computer.
