cannt delete message in outgoing mail help

hi i have try everything that had been posted about trying to delete messages
in the out going box. nothing works! i can not send any emails. the message
is says an unknow error has occurred and the email that is bad is copied from
ebay.

What happened when you used WMUtil?

nothing at all it just keep saying keep saying an unkown erroe has occurred

There should be an incident recorded in the Problem Reports
on the Control Panel.

Hi Wiggles,

Go to this link and see if you did everything in the Outbox section.
If you did, and still doesn't work then try the Reset Windows Mail
Section.

I suggest you go to

www.oehelp.com/wmutil

and download Steve's utility. Then use the utility (after unzipping the
file) to compact your e-mail and the problem goes away. Plus I compact my
e-mail every time the dialog box appears.

It worked for me and hopefully will work for you.
