cant send aol mail with live mail

Hi, Everyone just joined as i need some help as this is really doing my head in!

I have 2 aol accounts running on windows live mail, 1 account runs perfect it sends and receives no problem but the other just will not send! it receives but wont send a thing. The error message i get is

i have ticked 'my server requires authentication'

outgoing smtp is 587
incoming smtp is 143


these are the exact same for the other account which is working fine


What am i doing wrong?
