Inporting messages from Outlook

I just purchased a new computer with Vista & Windows Mail. I want to inport
my messages from Outlook which is on another computer on my home network.
When I use the inport option in Windows Mail, I get an error message after
choosing Microsoft Outlook as the source as follows;

Import Messages
---------------------------
Messages cannot be imported from the MAPI client.

An error has occurred.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------


Can anyone advise as to what could be wrong? It seems like I should be able
to do this with the software but am uncertain.

Outlook and its pst file needs to be present on Vista to import into Windows Mail.
Search this forum for messages on how to export to Outlook Express in XP or drag messages to an explorer folder and drop in Windows Mail.
