I HAD TO CLICK ON LOCAL FOLDERS, RIGHT CLICK ON DELETED ITEMS FOLDER, CLICK
ON EMPTY DELETED ITEM AND DELETE ONE BY ONE FROM THERE, PAIN IN THE @SS BUT I
GOT RID OF MINE.

I can confirm that this method works. I had about 60 messages that I was
unable to delete so I tried the right click method, after deleting about 10
messages individually it suddenly deleted the whole lot. This is still an
annoying problem.
