Windows mail tool bar icon

For some reason when i open my contact list to add a new contact, there isnt
a icon to clik on to add a new contact. all that it shows is organize views
burn???? Anyone have a clue as to why the add a contact icon isnt on there..

Right-click in an empty area of the Contacts window, select Customize this folder,
then change the template to Contacts.
