vista and yahoo
How the hell do i set yahoo, as my outgoing and incoming email? I have to
submit resumes that only allow email, and all is on my yahoo account.

You can't do that with some free Yahoo accounts.

So use Yahoo's web interface or
set yourself up with a truly portable email such as Gmail
and copy/paste and send from Gmail after having POP'd it.

Check the Yahoo! Mail website for POP/SMTP settings, including any security
or port changes.
