Display contacts in navigation pane?

How do I go about displaying contacts in the navigation pane of Windows mail?

In outlook express and outlook it was relatively simple to display either a
link to contacts or list contacts in navigation pane... how do I do it now?

The feature was removed from WM.

You can open the Contacts folder from WM & resize both windows to sit
alongside each other?
