mail stays in outbox, will not send

mail stays in outbox, will not send
I have had new Vista for about 3 months now using Windows mail with no
problems until about 2 weeks ago. All mail I create stays in Outbox and is
not being sent no matter how many times I have selected Send all and
send/receive all. I still seem to be receiving okay, though.

I wish the front end of microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail forum
was a link from http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/ rather than
WMUtil being hidden deep within m.p.w.v.m..

I don't know what has happened to it so we'll have to wait for

There was an error with the webserver that they have now fixed.
It was overloaded with users trying to get the program. <VBG>
