Sending to more than one mail reciepient at a time!
Hi,
When i send email I put one person in the 'To' field and the rest I like
to put in the "bcc' field. In XP Outlook Express I would highlight the
remaining people in my address book and hit the 'bss' and they would all go
in at one time. Now since I have Vista and Windows mail I cannot highlight
more than one person. I have 50 people in my email address book and will not
sit here and click on one at a time.
Does anyone know how I can highlight or add more than one at a time??

Thanks,
Lvr44DD

create a GROUP and put the GROUP name in the Bcc line.
are you sure your isp will permit that many in 1 mail.

Re: Sending to more than one mail reciepient at a time!
Thankyou for replying but my ISP has nothing to do with this problem. The
problem is highlighting more then one person at a time. I can send to as many
as i want, I just have to add them one at a time. I want to be able to add
all at once. I used to do this in Outlook Express just by highlighting who I
wanted and click on 'bcc'.

Did you create a Contact Group like "mikeyhsd" advised you to do?

Incidentally, most ISPs do have a limit, which is typically in the 25-100 range.

Re: Sending to more than one mail reciepient at a time!
Hi and thanks for replying but i think this is getting off the track of my
question. I do not need anything on how many I can send to....that is NOT the
problem. All I want to know is how to highlight from my address book more
than one name at a time. And yes I have made groups and everything but they
do not send to everyone. I am having major problems with how this vista is
working...

So my question again is: how can I highlight more than one name at a time in
my address book?
